Default light went out in steering wheel

i have a '97 Trans Am and the lights went out on the right side of my steering wheel. how do i replace these? are they even replacable? is it an easy fix? any insight would be greatly appreciated! thanks!

does anybody know what the specs of that little minilamp is? the reason i'm asking is because i can get a 12V 60mA or a 12V 25mA local. i want to get one as close to original as possible.
