Double din? Will it fit in my car?
I am hoping that I will get some money to replace the in dash tv/dvd that just got stolen but either way I will be needing something new so I just started looking and found this. http://cgi.ebay.com/KENWOOD-DNX7100-...QQcmdZViewItem
The only problem is that it is double din and I was wondering if it would be possible to put it in my camaro. If so what would need to be done to get it to work.
Thanks

I don't think double DIN is possible in our cars with out some major reconstruction work. I've seen things where people move the HVAC controls to make room for a small computer screen, but it inevitably looks kinda cheesy (IMO) and isn't trivial.
Maybe there's some kind of kit out there to do it, but I haven't heard of anything like that.

It is possible, but you have to custom fabricate every step. At the minimum, you would have to cut, drill, bend metal, and of course use fiberglass to create a front molding that would look stock.
