Default LED blinker indicator lights?

Was looking to wire 2 led's for my blinker indicator lights in the dash and am not sure what I would need and were to tap in. I have a custom instrument panel with all Autometer gauges and with no indicator light I can't tell if my blinkers always just off after a turn. Car is to loud to hear it anymore and I don't like being one of those tards that is driving around with their blinker on. So any help would be great and I don't think this would be to hard to do.

Thanks

I know it can't be to hard to do. What wires do I need to tap into?

From what I found so far it appears I would use a 25ohm resistor for the leds but still not sure wich wire to tap into.

The output from the turn signal switch is on two wires for each side. The light blue with white (left) and dark blue with white (right) wires are for the front signals and the dash indicators. The wires go from the turn signal switch to the DRL module and the indicator light wires are spliced into those wires to go to the gauge cluster. The other two wires from the switch are yellow (left) and dark green (right) for the rear lights.
