Default Mounting Depth of Speakers

I am looking at some speakers to replace my factory ones in my car. I found a set of components that have a 3" Mounting Depth, will these work in the doors of our cars. Also found a set of full range speakers for the rear with a mounting depth of 2" for the rear, and a woofer for the sail panel with a mounting depth of 6" will these all work in my Z. Thanks in advance.

No to 3", at least not in my car. Don't use hatch speakers at all - unplug them. No to those sail panels. Not even close.

So the shield over the midbass is the max depth we can go? looks like 2 3/4" is about it in that case

I was kinda looking for an answer from Kee Audio as I was recommended that woofer that is supposed to fit perfectly. But I saw that it had a mounting depth of 6" and really did not think that would fit. Any one else feel free to chime in. Oh and these are all MA audio speakers feel free to say anything you want about these as well.

On the sails, my car came with JL 6W0's in the sail panels - they just barely fit, depth-wise, and they show a 3.5" mount depth.

The MA Audios are not 6" of depth..lol! I've seen that listed before as well in there specs. They aren't even close. I've had the MA Audio's in the sails of my T/A and they fit fine with no spacers or mods. Mounting depth is no more than 3". Here's a pic of them next to a CDT CL-6 that has 2.63".
By the way...I am out of stock on them right now...and so is the other place you were looking at. I have the components and the hatch speakers though.

I PM'd you about what you can do for pricing for me, I have enough for the component set as long as they will fit the doors if you take paypal, and will honor a price close to the other company. I just want to make sure the 3" mount depth listed by MA audio will work. Then I would also like to know if you could tell me where I could get the tweeter pods that work in the triangle area of the door. Thanks
