I've had my Kicker Comp 10 and 350 Watt Kicker amp for about 4 years, and I've never had a problem with it, and it sounds amazing. I've never been able to bottom out the bass. Kicker makes some of the best products, and the one's you got look very nice.

I have that exact sub with a mtx 400 rms amp and it is so nice. Those subs are pretty darn good quality. I am a definite kicker fan. You'll probably be really happy with two.

I've got the exact same setup in my firebird. I'm running two sealed boxes, no ports and they literally have no distortion and pound with just the right amount of oomph.
