dont worry about depth for the 6x9 in the rear its plenty deep. doors can fit a 6.5 if you want to but 5.25 goes in easier. IMO do some 5 1/4 components up front and put the tweets in the dash

IMO u do not want a coaxial in the dash. only put a tweeter in the dash. for a budget brand check out polk. im sure ppl will jump in here saying you need like 500 dollar speakers and the what not but IMO the polk db 5.25 components would work great woofer in the door and tweeter in the dash

5.25" mids? Seas ER15. Though it's not going to be incredibly loud without an amp... Can't say whether it meets your reqs or not without knowing how loud you like it.

5.25" woofers tend to be pretty inefficient.

I dont want to have to run it to another amp
I want to use the stock BOSE amp in the dash and just change the speakers

I have 2 10's to drop in the back for my thump just need some treble

1985 'Vettes didn't have double DIN - they had 1.5 DIN like the f-bodies.
