Default Power output 50x4w HU + monsoon amp

What type of power output rms will i see by using a 50x4 max head unit (~22rms) + the monsoon amp? What will be seen rms wise in the doors and in the sail panels? I need some help matching door speakers to this type of setup.

There is no need to "match" the power handling of the speakers - just make sure you get speakers that are rated for at least the power output of the system. In the case of the Monsoon, that means about 45-50 watts RMS for the sail panels and about 25-30 watts RMS for the doors. Any decent speaker will handle that.

Don't higher end speakers produce less volume at lower watts as compared to lower end ones due to heavier magnets and whatnot?

I just don't want them to be severly underpowered.

No, there are numerous factors involved in determining how much sound pressure (volume) you get out of a speaker for a given input level. The factor with the most impact is the sensitivity (sometimes called efficiency). The more sensitive a speaker is, the better it converts electrical energy (signal) into sound volume. Almost all decent aftermarket speakers will have better sensitivity than the stock ones (with the possible exception of some subs) so you won't lose any sound by going with better speakers. On the contrary, better speakers will produce more volume with greater clarity than cheaper speakers.
