Tiny bumps make cds skip
Anybody else go over tiny little bumps in the road and have their cd skip for a good 1-2 seconds. IT really gets annoying. How in the world do you fix this? Buy a new/better cd player?

If I remember right, that's usually caused by a misaligned laser lens. You may be able to send it to the manufacture to have it realigned. Not sure how much they'd charge. If it's an aftermarket, I'd say buy a new one and relieve yourself of the hassle. Hey, I've got one for sale now that I mention that . . .
