I was wondering if there are any competent car audio tuners in the Philly area? When I say tuners, I mean people who use DMM's and test tones to adjust the sub amp and component amp. I did mine but feel as though there is room for improvement. Some areas of adjustment in question are gain, crossover, frequency, levels. I don't want to risk damaging the sub or components.
