Are there parts for the LS1 similar to these? i'm transferring some subs into my TA and i was hoping on some cheap upgrades like these, instead of a new battery or alternator.

Just get some 2 or 0 gauge wire from weldingsupply.com and get some ring connectors to go with. The connectors they sell work best with the tool they sell for them, so I'd probably get the connectors somewhere else if you don't want to buy the tool.
