Default Thanks Kee for the CDT mids!

Those MDF plates look goofy but I haven't taken the door apart to see what is there. Should be great! Hopefully here in the next week or so.

The holes should line up damn close if not perfect. You'll see how the stock mount is shaped...that's the basic shape of them with a little added to the sides where there is nothing holding them to the door. This should give you a little extra material to work with so you can attach them to the door in that location. I don't predrill those holes so you can judge where you want to that for yourself. There are only 3 screws holding that in and this should give you enough material to add a forth.

What do you suggest for screw type, size, length? I plan on silicone behind the plate and on top before the speaker. Or should I use sound deadener behind both?
