I was driving to the gym tonight (for the first time in a while) lolz, when suddenly a black on black terminator (03/04 cobra) rolls up along side me at a light and revs his engine. I then preceeded to roll down my window because it was apparent that he wanted to race.

I ended up asking him (the cobra) what mods were done to it (because it sounded effin mean), but unfortunately I couldn't hear that much over my lm1 , However I did hear him say that it had a stock blower and a pulley, at this point i thought i was going to get raped because i didn't have my bottle in .

Anyway we ended up going from second gear all the way through third and to my surprise he was pretty much right up next to me. It was unfortunate that we didn't get to keep going but there was a lot of traffic and i didn't feel like doing anything that retarded.

I had to turn around right after the race because I flew by my gym, but all in all I was very surprised to see how well my car hung with a cobra.
Anyone have similar experiences? mods in sig btw

Cliff's bolt on camaro (me) vs pullied cobra other mods unkown, (probably had exhaust and whatnot). Even race no bottle for me.

Yeah i really wish i would have stopped and asked him what happened, I would be down to run him again with or without the bottle, that thing sounded mean.

Good run but remember, a properly driven pullied Cobra should run 118-121 traps, way more then enough to give even cammed LS1's an azzwhoopin.

You beat the driver, not the car. Thats street racing though

what mph did you all take off in? seems like a real poor driver ive been driving my friends cobra for about a week and my cammed lt1 doesnt stand a chance, atleast untill i gut my car lol

good run prob just ran into an exhaust only car because i beat a bolt on ls1 pretty badly (he is a member here) but on the spray it was the exact oposite when i had my cobra.

The original post says "pullied Cobra" in the cliffs. He also said " a pulley " in the description so who knows really. Stock pullied Cobra does sound right.
