3 mustangs,2 kills, 1 honorable death Well tonight started out pretty boring just like any other night here in this little crap town. Well we go through the night with nothing to do and my friend is riding shotgun.
Well first mustang comes up, a 98 model, well he passes and Iprocede to follow. I look through his window and see to guages in a pod on his door and the exhaust note is sounding pretty mean so I say what the heck. I goose it a couple of time then hit it and proceeds to downshift and go from about 40. I imediately pull 2-3 cars and then put what seemed like busses. Me and my buddy could've swore we heard a turbo but I will never know.
Second mustang, a fox body. I am sitting at a redlight about 10 minutes after the 1st when a guy and his buddy pull up in a 5.0 gt. I deff. had a cam and exhaust. Slicks,skinnies the whole 5.0 shabang. Well light goes green I barely launch my car and he hits it and I stomped on it after that. I pulled 3 cars and kept going up to 100 and shut off with about 5 cars on him. He pulls up says "good race, I can't keep up with lt1s they are bad!" My car is an 01 z28.
Third race, 04 mustang debadged roush with stage 3. I am riding down the road about 30 mins later after the second mustang when I see this blue stang sitting there at a red light. I whip it around to get behind him and check it out. Huge drag radials,exhaust, and get this still had dealer tag on it. So light turns green and he takes off with me behind him. So I book it to get beside him around 50 and my friend does the "Roll down your window 3 honks motion." I honk 3, he jump on the second one and put about 3 cars on me quickly. I stopped his pull and reeled him in to about 2 and he hit the brakes. We were around 110.
All in all you win some you lose some. Can't wait to get my stall gears and exhaust and try to get a lil something up with him again.

Well I don't really care as seeing my car only has a lid. lol I just can't wait for that oh so wonderfull christmas day. Plus I get a paycheck monday. Oh ya lol.

They are on par with a stock mach in the 1320. Pending year, they dyno roughly 310-320 but weight more and have stock 3.27 gt gears.
And +1 what Sarge said.........tehy are hard to beat in the corners though, which is what they were meant to be good at.
Good runs OP......and I don't think you would have 'won' had he jumped on third, it just would have been closer.
