A couple of weeks ago my brother in law asked us to come see him in Dallas. He told me to bring my car for the street races. I was pumped. I get down there and almost nothing happing. Come to find out the police busted them the week before. But I did take a 95 TA. left at the light.
Next was an ol 2000 GT w/ 4.10's it didnt help him. Although he did get a hell of a jump on me.

Borla, you must not realize the the Bullitt is completely different from the GT. The GT's are crap and the Bullitt's are even better than the 03 Cobras .

Phantom, I've got one from B&M that was installed by the previous owner.

What does it do? I have no idea. The shifts feel no different from the 4L60E in my v6, imo.

shift kit will increase pressure in the fluid lines in your transmission, and it will make the shift a little more harder and crisper. the kit does some other things, but not sure. i think that the car has had it for a while,(talkin bout yours SM) you are used to it, or the tranny is getting a little old and doenst have its spunk.

sounds like some fun runs. and yes even a lt1 will ruin a bullitt. remember take one from the fact from say 95 or 97 and line them up to a new bullitt, the bullitt would get dragged down the track.

I don't think he's talking about a shift kit. This new thing is out that supposedly electronically adjusts shifts and its just a little plug in thing that goes on the transmission. I haven't heard much about it but it's like 40 bucks which is one reason I don't really trust its abilities. You can get them RKsport which is the other reason I don't trust their abilities (sorry if you like Rksport I'm just not too fond of the way they tend to rice things up).

yeah i dont think that i would trust that either. sounds like something that would jack up your tranny then cost major dollars to fix.
