His Car: 02 Z28 A4
Mods: Lid,Catback,Cutout,LT's,LS6 Intake,85mm MAF,UD Pulley,Untuned,3.73's

this is one of my good friends and from day 1 i have never been able to beat him in topend he always pulls away from me hard and our mods are pretty similar. i thought it was becuase i had an LS1 intake so i bought an LS6 intake and still he pulls. Could it maybe be because he has 3.73's to my 3.23's it feels like my car is shifting to late.

if your car IS a ws6, doesnt it come stock with the ls6??? or wasthat 01-02?

01-02 came with LS6 intakes, if he has 3.73 i would think you have an advantage on the top end but im not sure.

factory freak is my guess. first off because the gears would help him, but at the same time not having a tune will hamper him, so thats a positive and a negative, only other thing he has then ontop of you is the 85mm MAF which i wouldnt think would too much especially without a tune. . . but eh anything can happen.

Probably the weight difference is why he's pullin you. I'd have to look it up but I know a z28 weighs a bit less than a ws6.

im moving there in june thats when my college semester starts....and we will see because ill have the exact same cam as you tsp228r but ill have heads and an SS3600 stall so i dont know it should be a good race. only thing i wont be used to is how ill have to get a catted y-pipe in cali and no more open cutout

you shouldnt care about roll racing anyways, your in an a4 rwd muscle car with gobs of tq..
