2001 Z vs 2002 Yellow Z06
Came across a yellow Z06 on 1960 like around 1:30 am last night....
He wanted to play so of course I did too.
But I had a little problem...my girl was almost passed out on my shifting arm the whole trip home.....I was shifting gears with my left arm...it's a bit difficult....when I decided on playing, I woke her up and told her to hold on...
We had a couple of 20mph start runs and I was by his side the whole time.
Then we came up to a light.....the light turned green but we both didn't hammered it...just took it slow for about 60 feet or so....side by side...then we took off....
He got the jump start on me but my nose of my car was at his side mirrors....
good run Yellow Z06...
sorry that the State trooper got you....
also, there was a bike acting stupid.....He tryed to hang, but couldn't.....he should had been the one pulled over by the trooper...

Wow man u got some skill, shifting with your left hand.
I do that all the time when I'm driving, generally when I'm on my cell phone ... drive with the knee, shift with the left hand, cell in right hand ...

good runs! yeah that does suck to get pulled over, especially by the state trooper, that will ruin your life. they give out tickets, and they have no pity in their whole entire body. although i did meet one trooper who owns 4 f-bods!! <-- who knows what he does in his spare time!

Wait a minute, you gotta elaborate on the best part...
At what point did the cops spot you guys? Was the race still going on? You left us hanging.

wtf they can keep on wishing.
i can fish my keys out of my pocket with the other hand if need be. that's one thing. now piloting a 3500lb+ chunk of steel around, usually 10-20mph in excess of posted speed limits, with no hands on the wheel just so one arm can be around her? screw that. she can wait till we get home.
call me unromantic if you want.

nevermind. i just went and read that list. it's http://www.geocities.com/vtskills04/ if you want to read it too. oh my god it is filled with such ignorance. this chick is basically speaking for herself and no others. i know more about women than she does, and that is a sad sad thing.

Hahaha...sounds like me.....holdin onto the girl and shiftin' with the left. I usually skip a few gears at a time though to cut down on the amount of shifting. Now.....anyone ever try a double clutch downshift with the left hand....hehehe

damn i would definately want the M6 over the A4 tranny. Manuals are just way too much fun! and yes i have seen way too many of those **** at the drag strip in houston. One positive thing though is that they are at the track were they can be exposed to a fast car! Too bad it blows their single celled mind and they dont know how it got all that power!!

Well...after the race of the light....we came up to another red light...by that time I notice the State Tropper behind the Z06..
I was on the left lane and the Vette in the middle lane...
The light turn green and we just proceeded with caution...
Although, the vette got ahead of me, turn his turn signal to the left and got on my lane ahead of me....that's when the Tropper turned his lights and pulled him over....I guess I was lucky.
I'm not sure what happened after that...I wasn't going to stick around....sorry.
And no...I wasn't shifting during the race with my left hand
