Smoked a Speed 3 Well well, this guy with a speed 3 had been saying that he will smoked me. so tonite we finally did it... he was lightly modded. i think he has cai, catback exhaust and inlet pipe.. i pulled from a 40-50 mph roll about 4-5 cars and i wasn't even all the way up there... i'm so proud of my car.. just wanted to share with you guys..

I don't think he was trying to brag just excited after a run with some one that was running his mouth to him for a long time about racing him and he was finally able to run and make him shut up...believe me I do that to the skepticks too 
...there is a Speed3 in my apartment complex as well and he gives the mean mugg look when he drives by my car everytime I'm next to it or getting out of it . One day I'm going to catch him leaving the same way I am and will definitly be very happy about it too

Nice kill on the MS3. A cammed LS1 should have no problem wiping the floor with one.
I have a hard time believing this tho. Theres a local who just got rid of his, but went 12.9 @ 111 with an intake, turbo back exhaust, fuel pump, and 18 psi. Just a few bolt-ons and they can move out pretty well.

nothing he was like , dang it was pretty bad, and to that guy that said that it's he or his friend smoked one with a bolt on ls1, i barely got up to 90 maybe 100 cuz there was a lot of traffic.. if i was to keep going it would of been nasty and that dude with the speed 3 knows it..

x2... an online buddy of mine has an MS3 (not the cam) with intake/DRs and went 13.1 @ 107mph.

From what I've seen, they are a little faster than that bone stock. High 13's to low 14's @ 100 or so. Just like any boosted FWD car, its all in the 60 foot. Heres that local I was talking about. A few basic mods and a little more boost and they are mid to high 12's at 110+.

Nice kill. Arrogance needs to be punished like that. I don't know what kind of potential that 2.3L turbo has. With how complicated direct port injection is it's got to be a ******* nightmare for an aftermarket tuning company to reverse engineer the stock ECU. That being said, those little cars handle really well. An old friend of mine sold his sartee4 for an MS3 because he needed more cargo space for work. He loves it. Takes it auto-crossing all the time.
