beat a Z-71 well last night, i was flagged down by a kid my age. he said his friend in his 99 Z-71 was stuck. i agreed to help them out, so i locked my hubs, and put it in 4wd. went out there, they had the ****** rope out. i hooked up and yanked them out. well after that, there was a good football field length of flat mud. i asked him, if he wanted to line the up and go. well i had the 100 shot armed on the truck and have only used it once before. we took off, and we were neck and next for bout 100 feet, i sprayed and just left him in the mud. we exchanged numbers and left. sorry for being long. the bronco got a peice of mini ls1 action!! im proud of my little 302 i built! i enjoy the dry 100 shot from NOS also!

Re: beat a Z-71 Thanks, hopefully i can take the motor out when i get more money, since the 40" swampers are going to kill me. and beef up the motor for a bigger shot. thanks and yes showering of mud happened to him. my truck can throw a mean rooster tail! yep street is not my friend with this truck even though i do daily it! i can get 13 to even 14 mpg on the highway

Re: beat a Z-71 yeah, it isnt, i am so suprised i have reached that number. before the engine swap, with the old 302 i could only manage 10 at best, so this is a step up!
