kinda disappointed... not really a kill story... more just a rant.
I went to the local hangout spot a few nights ago, hoping I could finally open the car up again (just broke in the rear end). There were 2 clean mustangs there that caught my eye. One was a fox body with unknown mods, the other was a cobra (not termi) that was supposed to have a procharger even though I still call B.S. on it because I didn't hear any whine. A couple of my buddies asked if I wanted to line up to the cobra. I was game, but the owner of the stang said he didn't wanna race the camaro even though I told him I would run off the bottle. So my buddies tried to get the fox body to line em up... no avail either. He said if it was an lt-1 he would of, but since it was the ls-1 he didn't want anything to do with it. I ain't trying to make this a mustang bash or anything, but if the cobra was as bad *** as he tells everyone, that might have been a good race. My car isn't the fastest by far, but it usually hold it's own.
So, I decided to go out for a drive to see if I could find some imports to play with. Nope, none that I came across wanted to run. Maybe one of these days I will find another race. If not, I will have to keep it at the track

And OP no bashing intended, but are they seriously afraid of a bolt-on LS1?
Sure Bolt-on LS1's are pretty quick, but still a procharged cobra shoulda put up a good *** fight. . .

Debadge it and slap some RS badges on it!!!!
I promise you will get ALL the races you want!!!
Only downside is the POS cars that also try to race you!!!
If a galant tries to run you then be nice!!! Give him a piece too! Then tell him your V6 kicked his V6's assssssssss....
