My ls1 z28 against a 06 ls2 goat A buddy of mine at work and I have been talking about this race for a while now. My Z28 and his goat. He's got a tune, exhaust and intake and has run 13.0 at the track. We ran once before and he pulled me pretty good when I was bone stock. My mods are in my sig. So we went from about 15 to about 115 or so. Out of the gate he put about a half car on me or so but sat couldn't pull on me at all. We ran neck and neck till third hear (both auto) and then I started to pull on him hard. Pretty crazy race considering we were side by side from 15-100 or so. After the race he was like WTF and thought I sprayed it in third. We were cruising back and i rolled up to an LT1 Firehawk that was supercharged. I ran him till about 50 or 60 until we hit traffic. We were neck and neck with him getting the jump on me. I thought he was gonna murder me being blown. Maybe he would have pulled me up top. Anyway, good day of racing on my lunch break.
