Thumbs up Run with a 95LTI z28 M6

A fellow co-worker recently bought a 95 z28 m6. We usually dont leave work at the same time but tonight we did. He had been wanting to run me just to see how his car would do. We went from a 65 mph roll(which sucks cause my truck will only drop into 3rd),I put my hand out my window and counted to 3,I put maybe 5 lengths on him then got out of it. I dont think he was too happy about it. I wish we could have run from about 45(a sweet spot for my truck). His car is stock however, but it was still fun

Just a few mods...
6.0 liter(LQ4)-stock
Whipple supercharger 6.5 boost
Shorty headers with dual exhaust(Magnaflow mufflers)
LT1 electric fans
Westers pcm
43 pound/hr injectors
K&N FIPK
4.10 gears with eaton
Yank TT 3000 converter
She's in bad need of a dyno tune, but running pretty good on the mail order Westers tune

Thanks, I need to get some updated pics. All those are with the little 4.8 that was in it(rest in peace-has a hole in block and broke rod on #7).
I cant wait til first of the year-more boost and dyno tune session in the plans.

Good looking truck ranwalk!! Got any track times?
How much was you super charger? My bro has a 03 SS Silverado and he is trying to decide between H/C or a super charger.

I miss my old '00 Sierra sometimes.

Then I get in my TA and open her up!
All happy now!

Smooth ride. I've got big plans for my '89 silverado.
It's gonna have LS6 W/M6 tranny for starters.
I'm really into the street truck thing too.
I got bit by the custom bug, then that MOD bug dug it's little head under my skin when the LS1 came home.

Been to the track once with it. Full weight on street tires(285/50/18 yoko's)
it ran a 13.4 at 105.9 with a horrible 2.23 60ft time. Temp was 83 degrees and that was the first pass. Ran a 13.5 at 105.7 a few hours later after temps dropped into the low 70's(lower temps made for even more tire spin) I didnt make any more passes-figured no use until I have some slicks. Next time out will be on slicks, more boost, tuning and maybe some weight reduction. My mph has 12's written all over it, just got to get out of the hole with a good 60ft time
