Default 99 WS6 H/C/I vs Foxbody Stang H/C/I...

Ok my mods are in the sig, one of my friends has a foxbody (not sure of year) mustang. He has trickflow twisted wedge heads, trick flow intake, trick flow stage 1 cam, longtubes, full exhaust, underdrive pulleys, 24lb injectors, bigger maf and tb , 3.73 and a manual. I don't have a stall converter yet so that kinda hurts me from a roll but anyway here are the results...

Run 1: 60mph, he hits it without warning and put a good car on me before i hit it, took me up to about 90mph to catch up and pass him.

Run 2: Dead stop. We launch, both spin some and I destroy him. Up to 120/130 or so I had an easy 7-10 cars on him. Not sure but it was real bad.

Run 3: 70 Roll, we both hit it at the same time, I start walking away, up to about 110 I had about 3-4 cars on him.

Run 4: 60-65mph roll, same as Run 1, he hits it first, this time I wait until he gets about 1 1/2 - 2 cars on me then hit it. Took me until about 110 to catch up and pass him.

Lesson Learned- If I had my stall converter I think I would have caught up to him a lot faster than what I did on the runs from a roll where he got the jump.

Nice kills. I had an encounter with an H/C fox body over the summer. Car ran pretty good, but not good enough.
