0-2 Last night :( So last night I went to Hooters to meet up with some other car people. Cut the bs short, ended up running a pullied and ported blower cobra...bolt ons minus Headers (at least..idk) with drag radials, and a 3rd gen with a cam'd/stalled "305" in it.
Cobra and I went from a 40 roll...I honked it off, and by 110-120, he had maybe 5 cars when we let off. Considering the potential in the car (he was off the spray), I didn't feel too bad.
The 3rd gen and I went from a dig. He yanked out hard...like 5 cars by the time I could get 1st to stop spinning....by the end of the 1/4, maybe 120ish, His lead went to 7 cars. I stopped his pull through 2nd and 3rd, but I started running out of gear in the 4th, and his 3.23's kept him going on that top end. Loses, but fun non the less. I will try to get the cell video of me and the 3rd gen crossing the line at the end of the race.

I really hope your not surprised, you have a bolt on ls1,what do you think is gonna happen against a pullied ported cobra...

lol, you let mullet boy tell you he had a 305 in it? Did you happen to look under his hood?
It CLEARLY states that he has 243 heads and an AZPS03 cam, which IIRC is fairly big around 242/248 duration. 
Just a lil ol 242/248 111 lsa cam. Yea, we are always just calling it a "305" and since I have a sleek beak bird....a v6 with a bad exhaust leak and a horrible miss fire. Trending Topics

. I always knew they were bad, but I have never raced a stalled auto until last night.

Retune today or tomorrow, then my tuner wants a shot at the mullet driving my car. I have !driver going on right now. I need alot more seat time, especially from a dig. And I need a shift light so I wont be bouncing limiter at 7200 rpm, when my tach is only showing 6500....

hey man, sorry i didnt get a chance to say hi last night. i was sitting the table across from you. car sounds SICK btw.. no shame in losing to the mullet, its claimed many unsuspecting victims.

I only gots a lil 305 tpi with a gm hot cam, full exhaust, and a lil intake work.......
no seriously good run though was nice to finally run you,
