6.6 2001 Firehawk vs. GTR Cruising back from Hiro's in North Miami Beach and come across a gorgeous White GTR being hounded by a newer Honda Hatch on the highway.
My Wife and I are just cruising along in the fast lane with the T-tops off and windows down at 90 mph when we pass by both cars.
Guess the GTR wanted to play with me so he gets right up behind me.
90 is a good speed for my 3.90 rear and 4th so I drop the hammer
(I'm on motor BTW)
I expected much more from a GTR, even though I have a power/torque advantage, if for nothing more than it's ridiculously low Cd and excellent tranny. We didn't get the opportunity to go side-by-side because we came up on construction
Only 4th gear and I let out at less than 6500 rpms (shift light is 7k). I pulled well.
Nonetheless, I still love that car ... It just needs some mods and a good tune

Staging Lane
Did the slipstream caused by the both of you send that Honda Hatch flying off the highway? Just wondering. 
Good short race: any race with a Z06, ZR1, GTR, Lambo/Ferrari etc. is worth mentioning IMO.

The hatch WAS left behind. Thanks for the compliments guys
If we would have had the chance to line up he could've made up some ground since my master cylinder is pretty much shot and my shifts at WOT are an eternity
