Default Celeca goes down

Making my rounds yesterday I ran upon a new celeca. Not extrem rice but not my cup of tea either. He is in the turn lane ahead of me. He throws revs and keeps looking back in his mirror. Ok then. Light turns green, he turns and punches it, I throttle steer around my turn (almost a grave mistake) I regain control and pull beside him, he violently revs, still confident in my 135k mile lt1 t/a, I go in on the clutch and return the favor. His buddy in the car smirks and I hear the down shift. I go to second at about 35-40mph, I give the signal that I am all game. He punches it, I punch it, by the top of second I relize (and I'm sure he did) that it was over. The great thing about this was that I never noticed there were more ricers behind me in my lane, they witnessed thier friend take a beating. I ran up on traffic quick so could'nt give insult to injury. I guess he found out it will take more than a fart pipe and cold air (really hot air) kit to take out american musle. BTW, the lt1 was stock exept for filter. Must have been that cold air

Watch out for the NOS sticker. Especially the one hidden in the trunk. It adds a secret 200 HP!!!

Man I get so tired of those ricers! It is real fun to once and awhile put a beating on them, but they can get anoying at times. When I think of it, what would it be like without car diversity.

Without car diversity we would all be driving muscle cars, no one on this board would enjoy this, now would y'all.

I can think of a worse situation. If the activist have their day, we will all be driving hydrogen econo boxes that won't even get out of their own way.

Would'nt hurt me that bad. I am the proud owner of a 70 SS 396 chevelle. I am about to start the 468 build-up. One thing about those cars is that they attract much more attention. It takes me 30 minutes just to get gas. I usually have a whole gaggle of people clamering over the car. It gets annoying sometimes but it just let's me know that it is a job well done.

To tell you the truth not many ricers bother me around where I live. I think they are too afraid of my loud exhaust. Its always fun to get the unexpecting one to race you thinking their little economy car is a race car, just because the have a CAI and some 5" exhaust tip.

PS: Pick on someone your own size!! Good Kill!!

If you'd read you would have seen that he threw revs at me. I had no intentions of racing.
