Default Raped a 350Z

I was leaving a friend's house in Buckhead, driving up North Druid Hills. I was getting ready to cross the bridge to turn left onto I-85 when a silver 350Z flew past and cut me off to get to the lane to get on 85. Cool, I've wanted to play with one of these for a while. we wind down the ramp, as soon as we hit the interstate he nails it . my car shifts down to second and we're pulling even. I hit third and start pulling. I'm going 10-15 mph faster when I pass him. fast enough that I couldn't see his expression as I passed. I run it up to 120 or so at that point I'm about 4-5 car lengths and I'm coming up on traffic. of course he does the typical ricer fly-by. I couldn't tell much about his car. it had exhaust and wheels but I couldn't tell anything else. I was disappointed it wasn't much of a challenge. first kill since the gear/ convertor swap. it was worth it...

Good Kill. A kid around my area was saying his stock 350 would whip my car, too bad he hit a culvert and totaled it about a month ago.

it's a real shame they don't have a turbo version that is what made all of the other z cars.

Agreed that the coupe looks good, but the vert looks like a big smelly dung pile.

i drove one of these at work the other day. they have pretty smooth body lines, pretty cool interior, lots of good technology under the hood and under the car. then i got into the seats grabed the pretty 6-speed shifter and tolk it around the block. all i got to say is "definently NOT impressed at all". i think it was because i normaly drive a LS1 Z28 most of the time. although it sure did accelerate better then my 96 chevy 4x4 pickup but not by much. i think that nissan consentrated so much on looks for this car that they forgot to put something with nuts in it.

Yeah, wtf... I was doing some research the other day, only to find that, besides the newest Si, the highest output of a v-tec civic was a whopping 127HP... with like 105lb ft of torque... the NEW Si, has lik 160, but thats the only one i saw with over 130... thats pathetic... At least the German 4 cylinders have about the same torque as horsepower... Japs just plain suck at everything performance in cars, dont they...

It's a 350Z, any LS1 powered F-body or Y-body should hand it its azz on a silver platter.

Eh, I wouldn't go THAT far milla. Just because ricers favor sentras and civics and integras, doesn't mean japan can't put out cars with *****. Like: Supra Turbo, RX-7, 300ZX, Skyline GTR, NSX, 3000GT, STI, EVO, maybe even the lowly DSMs. All start out quick, and just get quicker with the right mods. Not to mention that most of the cars on that list will embarass our ls1s in the twisties.

Hmm. Well im a 350Z owner, and after I blew my motor I decided it was time to step it up. A few friends of mine are running C6s and one RX-7 decided to do an LS1 swap, so I thought, why the hell not, its the perfect car. Handles like the imports, with real american power. Im currently in the process of working on the Modded LS1 install, im having LG motorsports do the job, they're the best. Should put out 450 wheel N/A with a few bolt-ons and cam. Maybe a procharger in the future. Plate is 600 WHL. Hope to see ya'll around
