Roush Stage II
I was leaving school today and I had passed on side of a new style mustang roush with a stage II emblem on the bumber. He rev'd up as I passed and it sounded nice. A little down the road he managed to get on side of me at red light. We both exchanged a "nice looking car", unfortunatly it was raining. And I thought he had the since to know better. When the light turned green the mustang floored it, because he was all over the road. If I see him when its dry I'll get after him. But what ET does those type of mustangs run?? Sorry its not a real race and its a little long.

It takes a moron to floor it in the rain. Not sure about the times though. I know one of the Roushes is supercharged and makes 380 horse 380 ft lbs. Pretty much an 03 Cobra with stripes.

I saw a stage lll for sale in a auto trader it had some mods and the guy was claiming like 430hp....I can't quite remember the mods but I think they were chip, exahust and CAI, so if thats true it's not a bad car at all

I think there are too many possible options on those things. He could have modded it too. believe it or not Roush made a 6cyl one that kept that garbage 6 cyl motor in it, basically a body kit so dealers can charge more.

Well this one was definitly a V-8 and it had the exhaust coming out the sides in front the back wheels inside the side skirts. I didnt wear supercharger whine so I guess it didnt have one. But it looked expensive.

The Stage II's are only an apperance upgrade and have the same 260 hp rated gt motor. Think side exit exhaust is also optional so they mayhave 10 ot 15 more horses max.

Stage 2 Roush has all of the above + suspension upgrade
Stage 3 Roush has all of the above + supercharger, i think they push either 360 or 380.
All of which are 2 valve i believe

Oh, and i talked to another guy at the grand rod runs in Pigeon Fordge, Tennesse this year and he had a stage 2, asked him what it had and he said exactly like a stage one+suspension upgrades, maybe brakes too.
