Default got kiled at a gas station by mustang owner in a cavalier!

I just got my Rossler 4l60E tranny, Vigilante 3400 multidisc converter, 30 lb SVO injectors, TR6 plugs, Taylor wires, Walboro 340 intank pump, hotwire kit, voltblaster, timing tuner, SS brake lines, Hurst line lock kit, torque arm, etc. installed at a friends house and was driving it to break in the converter (needs to lock up the converter 50 times at normal driving per Precision Industries!!!), and its running real rich, and the computer is learning, etc.
I have a MTI 382 stroker with stg. 2 heads, X1 cam, LS6 intake, FLP headers, no cats, QTECH cutout (closed) with stock SS exhaust, 3.23 gears, and drag radials. Lots of suspension stuff, eradispeed rotors, etc. Got NX MAF kit in garage to install (150 or 200 shot) and then go to Detroit Speedworks for tuning. Looks pretty stock but lowered, tint, Boyd Blasters, stull grille. Haven't driven it in months, its cold out, not loking to race anyone until its tuned.
Pumping some 93 otane into it so I can drive it to break in the converter, 2 kids in a cavalier come up and ask me about my car. "What does it run in the 1/4", I tell them 11.6 last summer. "what kind of hp?" I tell them about 500-520 at the crank" "what kind of hp at the road and points to the ground" "I tell them not sure, but probably about 430 or so. The one kid tells me he has a mustang with dual NOS tanks direct port open system and makes 550 hp at the ground without the NOS and it should run 8's on a 400 hp shot. I told him he had a nasty *** ride and that I sure hope I don't run into him with my car this spring

I hate getting killed by mustangs when I am just pumping gas.....and the guys are in a cavalier....

I wish some younger kids wouldnt be so ******* stupid, especially since they are at least driving domestic and not rice. And yes, I made a mental note to keep an eye out for a 8 second mustang with dual NOS tanks direct port open system...should be an interesting spring.

I bet he was LYING, alot of guys just like to "one up ya". U could have told him U had a 1000rwhp LS1 and I bet he would have had a 1200rwhp supra at home in his garage. "Until u see it, dont believe it"

I was just going to say that! That would be some funny **** to see the kid roll up in exactly what he said.

There are a lot of bullshitters out there. No doubt about it. There are also a few who aren't. You should see people's faces when my friend tells someone that he has a 2100+hp Mustang.

I didn't believe this tool, I was being facetious!

I know it isnt called detroit speedworks, talked with them today, and I am aware it is called Livernois Motorsports, kust used to calling them Detroit Speedworks...they have their dyno in the ground, but not fully hooked up.

I would love to find this kid this spring!

It appears that I am the only one who hasn't seen the vid. Will some one post it?

Oh, I don't think you got killed unless he has the car right there in front of you.

Here's the car I was talking about. You should see the vid where it gets driven through the Burger King drive through...in the snow! It's street legal.
