01' T/A Vs. NEON SRT-4 Well first off, its still a Neon so I always make sure to use NEON in front of it to **** those guys off.. But anyways
I had a friend of a friend start talking **** to me about how he has smoked LS1's all day in this thing..now I know they are quick and can really get up and go (0-60 in low 5's) and all he has that he will claim is a CAI and Exhaust..but I know he blew his turbo so I'm not too sure how truthful he is and not sure if he went back with the small turbo that was on there or with a bigger one. A guy I know has a 92 Stealth RT/TT and it's AWD and runs REAL quick off the line, but he usually doesn't pull much on me, and around third I catch him...So before I start defending myself against this guy...who thinks I will win each of the following....

2. 40-120..I think this one will be a 2-3 car length venture for me
3. 10-100..This I would say will be the closest

With your mods and exhuast, his boost even on stock turbo turned up to 20psi you will have your hands full. If he has a bigger turbo you will lose the roll races if he knows how to drive and brake boost. From a dig he will be at the disadvatage since they are hard to launch.

and yeah I did...well wasn't arrested but still busted..odds are I wont run him on the street but hard to roll race on the track..thankfully a family friend reminded me he owns about 20 acres long of open parking lot left open at night lol

If you`re worried about losing then I wouldn`t race him because his mods are really unknown. If you`re just up for a friendly run, win or lose, then have at it and good luck!

Here are a couple runs vs the stockest SRT4s I could find vs my Ls1 bone stock, to give u an idea... BTW I had a Neon and never called it an SRT4, like you said its "just a neon" so when I spanked Z06s, GT500s, 911s, Gallardos, etc. you have to live with the fact you just got walked by a Neon with minimal mods... It really isnt a "diss"
This one is basically bone stock on tires with threads showing... 20 Roll

this is is also basically bone stock, but on 235/60/15s which allowed him to come dead even with me but the big tire was killing his topend since he doesnt make any power, and it was fuel cutting. (should have pulled me up top no problem). 20 roll

Well if you say "your neon" to some of the guys I hang out with they put a big stink up about it..given I would too if someone calls my car a Firebird, but not as big as they do..its lie a "Yeah your neo--'SRT 4!!!!'n...ok...your Neon Srt4 looks a bit different..what'd you do to it?"
He doesnt have any after market suspension or tires etc...just some darker tail lights lol

you'll prob lose. all of the above, especially the rolls.
i've met neons with boost controllers, no mufflers and cais that trapped 112+. granted, i had their card from a dig with my bolt on stalled a4, but they'd obviously get me every time from a roll. it's fun to race the first time, but after you know what's going to happen, it loses its shine.

Oh okay... Damn I might need a new motor then!
The last video I said was all driver, being that the car would have raped me from a dig if he knew how to launch. Also he probably could have ran away from me in 2nd gear from the 20 instead of shifting early again and taking a while to fly by me.
