Not making excuses, just answering the question.
More than likely the Cobra was heat soaked. It's not hard to do with a Eaton and as many runs as he made, you could probably see his car get slower each run it made.
Depends on how "happy" the dyno is; I'd say he made between 430-470 cooled down.

OP, if the Cobra owner is a friend of yours; you might want to send word to him to keep a check on his oil level. If the engine starts losing/using oil; he more than likely has hurt a piston.

I know after that last 5th gear run against the 5.0 some kind of liquid splashed all up on his front window and passenger side window. I dont know what it was tho. I do know it didnt look so good

So shed some light for me. Do the L99's wake up that much with full bolt ons? Because I have ran other LS3's and L99's they never had full bolt ons tho but they never moved out like his does.

Both cars have terrible tunes from the factory, the l99s wake up big from a tune. Even the the ls3 cars, when you shift hard the computer cuts the throttle so much you can feel it! But the ls3 cars pull allot harder up top, mod for mod, stock for stock, over the l99 cars. But neither are slow, some people just hate on them.
