good counselor, do you have any proof my client was street racing? they can do some amazing things with video these days...and the video does not "prove" any illegal activity transpired...so without the original footage, i move to dismiss lol...

i guess that applies to everbody else that does standing mile events, or ANY kind of racing past the 1/8th mile right? we're all afraid of being out driven. hell, why does even anyone (OEMs and exotics included) care about top end? everybody know the 1/8th is were your "skill" can out shine a faster car.

as for the dyno, just cause your car can put the number down there, doesn't mean the car or YOU can handle it at speed on the road where it counts. whats a grand to the tires if you're scared to go past 140? not a damn thing, thats what.
