Coworker Conflicts II: quick kill Cayenne, Cop Cancels Celebration
 

My company had a car show yesterday where I came across a new Porsche Cayenne GTS that I recognized as the one that has been pestering me to race for the last month or so. At the top of his cars entry form/build sheet was this gem in bold "purchase price $96,400". <<<< Yeah, he went there. Who the hell lists the purchase price of there car in a all years/ all makes/ all models car show?

Turns out this time the gods were smiling at me as we finally left work at the same time. If any of you mere mortals think I was exaggerating about gods liking me, wait till the end of video. Cop was a guy I used to ride bikes with so I got out of the ticket.

Porsche Cayenne GTS: 430hp V8, 5.3 0-60, 13.8 1/4 mile stock. This ones mods were exhaust/no cats/tune/cai/"intake tubes". $96,400 + mods
GTO: 402ci built engine/stalled/geared. $18,000 resale value. Maybe.

The GTS is a match for a new 2dr Honda Accord V6 maybe....

Having driven and ridden in one i can say for sure that a chipped Cayenne Turbo S will suck your brains down your spine from a stop on the street

so you beat a heavier porsche without boost?

Good times lol. So i wonder with the gts mods you think he is close to 500hp ?

... Thats a puppy kick... and when he said 'like 800'... he meant options, not horsepower.

Besides that though... where was the race? I saw what looked like two flybys, or a flyby and you opening it up a gear at the end? I'm confused.

Have no idea how the mods work for those things. would bet that there isn't much you can do to get a n/a small cube motor like they have to get much more power without serious work, but could be wrong.
