I bought set Hammer and had them ported along with an upper plenum matched to them. Some dude stole them all out of another guys garage. Never got to try out. I ran stock Vette runners(mine were dinged),52MM tb,ported big mouth lower for a while and got in the 12s with them along with ported Vette heads and TPIS superprofile cam with 1.6 rockers. MPH was terrible-105. I know back in the day those SLP runners and the Arizona Speed/TPIS were the best. With all of the cheap L98 Vettes out there maybe I do another one. SLP sells the older set for pre 89s.

yeah I heard that siameseing (sp) the slp runners helped the tpi rev a little higher.
