4v vs lt1
#42
Point has been proven that a pushrod 5.0 can easily keep up with an equally modded lt1. Now you have nothing else to say, so instead of just admitting defeat like a good boy, you decide to throw in some dumb story (in which i dont give a damn about) about how you dad owned some raggady boat with a 5.0 as the anchor. Ok cool, so should i go attach a 305 to my boat, since they are god awful engines?

You will honestly do anything you can to argue that the lt1s were amazing engines wont you? Ive seen you argue with people about how lt1s are just as good as ls motors an so forth.

So a H/C 302 is able to go 118++ in the quarter? Your argument, MOD FOR MOD. Doesn't work out. Not even when talking bolt on territory, guys have gone 108-111 mph+ with bolt ons, thats like a regular run of the mill setup h/c 302. Maybe back in the day the LTx was slower because of lack of aftermarket support but from what ive seen mod for mod the 302 can't hang. Sometimes you guys really stretch the **** out of whats real and not real.
Next please.

Impressive car, not saying it isn't but you just proved my point. Take 200lbs or 150lbs out of the car for driver weight and what do you have? 3100lbs in that camaro was without driver. Anything that can go 125mph in the 1/4 NA is a FAST car, now with a 302 with just h/c thats insane. My friend has a h/c/carbed 302 thats pretty light car was a riot back in highschool.

Since we're talking about motors that aren't even related to the OP's posted race. ^^^Why not.
