My brothers 07 MSpeed3 bone stock will hop the front end up like a ******* pogo stick when you get on the shifts. The motor mounts must be made of styrofoam.

Hmmm.... The doors... windows... interior... spare tire...

It's already as light as Mustang GT. That's not great, but it certainly could be worse.... it could weigh in like a fifgen...

Stock motor mounts, stock axles, stock diff, etc, etc...

I am not willing to get rid of safety or comfort items in order to be a racekar.
If I can swap an existing part for a lighter one I'll do that.
However the goal is fastest FWD Regal on the planet AND be "full weight".

I just didn't know full weight was so heavy lol as my 98 was substantially lighter with heavier parts in it IE: stock suspension, steel subframe, spare tire, etc...

I'm down to run the whipple cobra.

I've already run super rex, a s/c vette, and a turbo LSx 3rd gen.
You can't say I'm not down!

He doesn't care... It's a win win for him... If he loses against a "race car," well that was expected, but he BEATS one... That's braggin' rights!

The sound deadening stuff is like 20lbs and then my car will be a rattle trap.
Right now it drives like and is as quiet as stock.
That's the goal.

If I need to go faster I'll just make more power.

You would be a better run for me...that regal is in a different class now lol. I suppose it would still be fun for comparison purposes, but I can tell you it will be ugly! Keep me in the loop if you guys meet up.
