Default LS3 Formula VS TT Camaro

Went out to Mexico for a dig run. My Formula is an N/A LS3 Single Plane Etc Stalled auto. Camaro has a 5.3 APS Twin Turbo kit through a powerglide. Camaro takes the far lane.

Then on the Mexico freeway, i ran into a newer (2011ish?) GSXR 750...

Guy was super cool and gave a thumbs up.

This isn't adding up in my brain. Someone school me. Here's where I'm confused:

N/A ls3: makes around 500-550 ish on motor

Destroys aps TT car.

Beats 750 pretty easily. I've ran a 500-550 rwhp vette on a 600 and did wayyyyy better than this. Explain please.

how do you know what he makes with his setup? i think you're going off of a bunch of assumptions.

You need to look further than just the engine specs of both cars. Suspension, weight, transmission, and driver play a huge roll. His LS3 motor is potent as **** too with that single plane intake. I'm sure that engine build was well thought out in regards to the cam, heads, intake, TB, etc. Tune also play a big roll.

My LS3 is definitely a matched setup in a formula so it's lighter than a twin turbo SS. Probably 3300 with me in it. Camaro is 4000 with driver.

Thats a vague statement. 500 wheel Vette 6speed vs 500 wheel auto fbody. My money's on the fbody. There's a lot of variables here and in this case, they're on my favor
