08 vette vs '13 Coyote Me and a buddy wanted to see how our cars matched up and I have to say his 5.0 moves out pretty well for just bolt on mods.
vette- Vararam intake, TSP LTs and off road X-pipe with a tune. 422/419
5.0- 3.73s, CAI, Boss intake, LTs, off road X-pipe and Corsa catback with a tune, I believe he makes 445rwhp. The runs were cut short because I didn't want to haul *** up a hill not seeing what's coming the other way, we're going to redo it in daylight and hopefully they'll be longer runs.

lol well he has spray and he's been known to spray some when he said he's off the bottle but I figured it would be close like this.
Both cars had a passenger, both drivers weigh the same and so did the passengers. I think his gears really helped out a lot, if we would've kept going I would imagine I'd start to inch away.

What speeds were you going from? Looks like he is on Racestars as well.
Inb4 5.bro's say Boss intake makes the 5.bro slower.

He is, he's running skinnies up front too, I haven't gotten to the track yet since I've had this car but this was him before he changed to 3.73s.

Definitely doesn't slow them down, so long as you're willing to spin it to 8 grand. The SCJ is a good bit better, but it'll cost ya.
