I have a 383 stroker, paxton supercharged, mild cam, edelbrock headers. 15" drag radials on the back. My car has a built tranny it's a 96 z28. But i only beat the guy by 2 or 3 car lengths to about 60 and i reached 70 before i notice him give up and turn left lol. 2 to 3 car lengths seems like not that much, i feel like my car should be a under 5 second car but i don't feel like it is. I think the supercharger could use a rebuild. What do you guys think?

I actually doubt that guys eclipse was stock, he had a valentine on his dash, and so I knew he was going to try and race me lol.

You mean 5 second 1/8 mile? When you say 5 second car? And I would go get on the dyno to see what numbers it throws. If they seem low then you may be right about the supercharger rebuild. How many lbs of boost are you running?

No i mean i would hope under 5 for 0 to 60. And i would hope my cars making at least 400 hp. I would like 450 and above but im not sure. And idk how much it's pushing because the guy who owned it before took out the gauge for some dumb reason.

Do you have any video of your car in action? Honestly if you have a cammed 383 and a supercharger I'd hope you were sub 5 second 0-60mph.

I'd you aren't completely full of ****, then some ting wong. Short of you spinning all the way to 70, I'm saying impossibru! A built LT alone can be nasty as hell, add boost to that...oof.

Oh good lord I'd hope so, my 2.0T sonata went 0-60 in 5 sec. But anyways, you didn't list much details about your car to base a good assumption. Regardless, any supercharged and cammed 383 LT1 4th gen should easily be well under 5 sec. 0-60 unless it has an absolutely terrible setup.

This car was built a while ago, I'm pretty sure it's not performing it's best atm. I haven't videoed the car yet, I really need to, i mean a stoxk 96 z28 was 5.2 or 5.5 right?

No i mean 5.2 or 5.5 0 to 60 i know stock was a 5.7l 350 the 383 is a 6.28

i put 3 cars on a 4th gen eclipse from 0-50 in my gtp, and he had boltons. so either your car is garbage or his cars got a lot done to it

I dont think so unless there's something majorly wrong with my car that im not seeing. That or the guy had a **** done to that eclipse.
