Edit: Did you forget about your aftermarket blower that is easily capable of 10 second passes but you're still in the 12s? Yeah your blower swapped GT500 runs like a bolt on LS1 car, that's for sure lol.

It's not aftermarket. It's the same blower that comes from ford on 13/14 gt500s. Stock motor here with bolt-ons.

That's the price you pay for having them 4.56 gears no traction what so ever lol. Hell stock GT500s run 12s with ease.

Turbos are bolt in too right? And cams bolt in as do heads, so I assume they're bolt on too.

If they just bolted on a factory blower with no other changes then yea I agree. However that is not the case.
