Agree. From the c5z to the c6z was a great performance upgrade, yet the c7z just disappoints over and over from what's been on video so far. And as for fixing it, they didn't with the 5th gen since 09. All they seem to care about anymore in cornering ability. That's all well and good but 90% of us will never do that. And of those that do, 1/2 of them likely won't drive it to it's potential anyway. Also, as they get heavier they get slower. Then release a "true track" version and basically just remove all creature comforts to drop weight... Here's an idea, build the damn thing with weight conservation in mind from the start. End rant.

New z06 is not impressive. There was a stock one at Orlando yesterday only wentry 121 and change. Pretty slow.

Good Kill. I'm starting to change my mind about these vipers. Imagine a blower or shot on that thing!
I think its funny the closest race I've seen this viper run was a civic.
And damn GM failed hard this time around...

I know the viper owner is on here, do you happen to know if thats the Z06 lashway has been parading around at shows and their shop. I'd like to see a zr1 with those mods go up on the viper. I would think it would be a dead heat maybe a nudge to the zr1 but idk. Sad that a 6 year old car beats its replacement. And before anyone says the c7z replaced the c6z, be serious, everyone expected the new one to out perform the zr1....

I still think that z06 needs the driver mod. On the first run it had a hella bobble on the shift......and that seems to be where he loses ground is on the shifts.
But what do I know......i wouldn't **** with pullying that teeny *** blower. I'd blower swap it like all the furd guys do
