C6Z vs auto GT500 vs STI

Default C6Z vs auto GT500 vs STI
These races were from a 40 roll. I had to start in second because I'm on street tires.

C6Z- cam, long tubes, cold air intake, street tires
GT500- 4R70 swap, E85, ported stock blower, full exhaust, intake, upper and lower pulley. 14.5 lbs
STI- built motor, PTE 6262 mid 30s psi, unknown power.





Hard to beat a c6z.

GT100 hung better than I thought it would. 4k+ and stock (even ported) blower FTL. Car runs well man. Definitely hard to beat a C6Z. You run an 8 yet?

Doesn't it take around 150 hp advantage for a gt500 to beat a vette?

I like the ldea of an auto in that gt100.


I am not sure it will last long though. 2-3 flares on every ford.

Yes I have, went 8.00 in the 1/8th on the street tires lol.

what is your stall?
A well built 4r will last along time at that power.

I don't know much about 4r70s except that my buddy has one, car went 9.40s last year and 8.90s this year and he drives it quite a bit on the street. Hasn't broken it yet.
