Cruising down the 4 lane at about 65 when the Mustang rolls up. Said he pulled away from the Stang much easier than he expected. So they done it again at about the same speed. Said he still pulled by him pretty good. Then a 1st gear pull from about 20-100. Said the Mustangs bumper was about a half a car length or a little more from his back bumper before they had to shut down because of traffic. Yeah, yeah, boring story I know. I just know how you guys like throwing **** at one another when it comes to bolt on 5.0's and cam only LS cars lol.

Boss manifold with no tune will slow down the 5.0 You have to raise your shift points

I find it funny you are still hung up on that. I said the ones I run into on the street, that 99% won't win. Know why? Because that 99% that I randomly see on the road will more than likely not be a properly setup car, and you would agree with me.

Im just giving you ****. But I agree that their are alote of people that choose not to do the research and just bolt a bunch of stuff on with no real plan. But youre like the third 5.0 owner to use the 99% thing. I like the 5.0s dont get me wrong but I dont think they are that far off an Fbody mod for mod.

A 5.0 is a good competitor with bolt ons. Once the real modding starts they need FI just like any other modular ford

Both of you are dead wrong. My lid and cat back A4 has blown away 4 different 5.br0s. One even had a couple bolt ons. The F body has the 5.0 covered for the most part.

It's full weight minus spare and jack. 5.br0s just aren't nearly as fast as you think they are. Lol right, that's the lamest excuse ever. They were all racing. Oh wait, I forgot that you were there.

Ok, well I have the minimum required bolt ons for a cammed fbody. I have full exhaust, stall, and tune. If you put a fast intake, tony mamo 220 heads, underdrive pulley on my car the way it sits, I'll yank Any full bolt on 5.0 you bring. I'm far from full bolt on and I'm running high 11.60's low 11.70's trapping high 116's low 117's. I'm ready to run my car how it sits without full bolt ons or heads, so bring whatever 5.0 bolt on's you guys have until this weekend until I'm tearing mine down for my turbo build.

Is there not any other LS cars on here that will call these guys out? I'm not saying I'll beat everyone of them, what I'm saying is that the ones that will beat me won't win by much, that's fact.

I've lost before and I have nothing to lose lol. But I won't back down from the garbage on an ls site and I'm ready to run. I think the way my car sits, it can handle "99%" of the bolt on 5.0's
