Who on the miocrew regularly shifts at 7200rpm on purpose?

That sounds like LS1 stuff like the OP has. LOL

I'd like to see a datalog of redbird pulling 7200 on purpose with his LS7 (not LS1 like OP), for 3 or 4 straight gears..... easy peasy right?

How do you like the proxes?? Exactly what I was planning on going with. I've been hearing great things about them. How they hook?

They're very good for the price. the nt05r is better, but the toyos are still a competitor

Be careful with using the word ******. My wife sits next to me, and I might grab and handful instead of a gear

Finger banging and driving is dangerous.

You should really stick to road dome

But I have stiff suspension. I don't want to hit a bump in the road and gag her. She has a bad gag reflex and nights down when she gags. Now THAT would be driving dangerously

I like to live life dangerously.

Listen dude. Drop the cathedrals. If you are porting the heads and getting an intake waste money? With that cam you will make 450-475 with rectangles.

Cathedrals are fine....worked 243 castings have made 550whp on a 416 ls3 block and ported Fast 102. More then enough head for 450+ whp with that cam. Send the 243's off to TEA or AI, get a ported Fast, put a good lifter and spring in it and let it spin.

I shift mine at 7k with a much smaller cam.
