like u i was surprised at my th400 it took lots of getting used to before I could manage anything under about 65mph without blowing the tires off. But once I got my new boost controller it was a different. Beast

Pretty easy to see what happened here.... 5g owners are notorious for padding up their dyno numbers, while bros are notorious for sandbagging. Couple that with the 5g car being a couple of hundred lbs heavier with the inferior wheel/tire set up and you have the result.
They coyote probably made power in the 700s while the 5g in the 600s.

Without getting into the 5g vs 5.0 smack I think we all know the bro is a better fighter on boost this is even the case with the 6g. Can we agree on that without a 40 page knockout full of excuses?

Now vs the 6gen maybe. But that's only because of lack of di fueling options. Once they start dual injection on the lt's that will go away.
With that said when making power with boost things can go either way in a quick hurry. It far more depends on the set up than the engine type. Examples are even 4cyl can run on boost.
