Good close run.To bad there was not more on the GTO.
"LSx" is just not enough information and GTOs can be a little on the heavy side.

I'm not convinced that GM intended GayTeeOhh to be a performance car.

Looks like a bolt on ls2 makes sense. You can make em light real easy ditch the front shield gas tank brace and tow hitch they come with and you down a 100 pounds.

They basically just hacked up a Monaro and called it a GTO with the archaic IRS they come with. It had potential had GM not done away with Pontiac.

See what happens when you have a heavy car? (Mustang life) That GTOs curb weight is less than the S550 actually. I mean if google isnt lying. The Mustang was stock. The longtube headers were installed after the race according to the description. Not bad at all running against an lsx.

I read it again. Long tubes were put on after they raced. Mustang was stock. Not too bad against an lsx big boy right? But your name is dugless according to others on here. Doesnt matter to you what the Mustang has or doesnt have. You will find a way to bash it. Sell your fox. A nerd like you dont need that car.

One of my good friends has an 06 GTO (LS2-Auto) and they are nice cars. The interiors are sweet and they feel very sturdy. Makes my Mustang feel like a tin can after riding in that. lol

We were a good run for each other up to about 135-140 (cam/bolts vs cam bolt-ons). Recently though, he just put in the Mamo h/c package in his car and got in some base runs in. Pretty damn quick car now! He is now looking into some ways of getting the weight down without digging into it to deep since it is a nice car. Shedding some weight will definitely get his ET down.

Weight reduction is pretty simple delete the tow brace gas tank brace and front skid plate and coil-overs that should get it under 3600lbs mine last time I weighed it came in just under 3500lbs. Biggest problem with these cars is wheel hop

Is what it is man. Sorry. He was making 396Hp through an Auto and 3500 Stall. Not sure what cam he had at the time. My car was making about 380 at the time with lighter drivetrain, much lighter weight than him and geared. If i could have shifted faster I would have put a car on him unfortunately every time I shifted, I lost ground.

that's just it. 396whp for a cammed ls2 isn't very good at all even through a auto.

This is just a testament to how little of a man dug is.

The nicest ******* guy on the forum talks about a friendly race and since the GM **** lost, he's gotta come on here with tears in his eyes saying the race didn't go how it should have.

Mustangs really haunt dug's nightmares at night. Wowzers.

Pretty sad, but Hiortez ain't bright and can't find a job.....so she is prolly just displacing her anger of her failed life and shop.
