Bolt ons for a Mopar guy is CAI and exhaust. Cause 99% of them don't actually know how to mod a car... They're sitting on a bad *** 6.4 motor and can't figure out how to make it work...

Hmmm... how strange...

Sure sounds a lot like another group of guys / car with a badass 6.2 motor, which they cant figure out how to make it work (except for a few)...

They need to step it up. Their aftermarket thinks a big cam is 22x/23x on a .580 lift. The heads beat out an LS3 at .600 and over... by a LOT.

Once you get into cams bigger yhan that you'll likely start sacrificing tq and driving rpm up. That's the last thing you want in a heavy *** car like those.

So a FBO tuned 5th gen beats a basically stock scat and the scat is considered **** or slow. Boltons do NOTHING for a 392, even headers, tune,cai, exhaust is lucky to gain 20hp total since literally nothing was left on the table by FCA with the 392. Aftermarket is light years better for GM and ford. I haven't done **** to my scat other than a catch can because it's an absolute waste, other than drag radials. I have seen a tuned/drag radial scat challenger run 11.5 which ain't bad.

When a stock 5th gen can gap a stock scat without the scat driver being retarded, I will be impressed. Stock for stock a A8 scat should destroy a 5th gen and is a drivers race with a 6th gen. Road course or autocross, not so much.😀

The 6th gen is too tiny inside to fit my wheelchair, that's why I ended up with a scat challenger for a daily. But I am thinking of getting rid of my heads cam c6 and getting a 5th gen ZL1 to mod. Been a GM fan since thev70's.
