Yeah thats the way I started to think an extra 400rpm cant make it unstreetable and from talking to all the guys that went and bought a 3600 then were mad that they did not get a 4000 and ended up restalling to 4000 so im finally pulling the trigger and getting the yank 4000ss and that should be a really good choice for me sense I am trying to decide between a couple "max effort" cams polluter v2 and the ms3 but cant seem a find enough information of the 2 all the graphs I see of the ms3 people fail to post the LSA they went with but if I do go MS3 I will go with the 111lsa seeing the dyno run of a fellow member

I know a lot of people try the max effort cams but now that I've seen what my set up does I'd recommend more in the 8-10 overlap range.. run thinner gaskets or get the heads milled.. I think the added compression makes up for not running a huge cam and on top of that it drives WAY better and is most likely faster on the street. Regardless you will make good power, just depends on if you want it to have any street manners at all.

It's what is listed in my signature. 230/236 .620/.603 112+2 with AI 226cc 243 heads lightly milled with .040 gaskets putting it around 10.9-11 to 1 compression .. unported fast 92/NW 92 with all other supporting bolt ons.. 1 7/8" headers and 25% underdrive pulley. 457 rwhp corrected on a loaded (mustang) dyno through a auto with yank ss4000 and stock 10 bolt.
