I used to beat ls1s all the time in my GTP with just a pully and pcm. At around 100 they would pass me pretty good though.

V8EATR on here had a pretty basic GTP that went mid 12s at 112 like 10 years ago before cool stuff like E85.

I think Motortrend back in the day tested a 01 gtp at bottom 15@90 stock but I believe most owners have managed high 14’s@low-mid 90’s.

They really weren’t bad back then for a little 4 door family sedan.
