Default 2016 392 Charger vs 2005 Duramax
Duramax has been wanting to run buddy in charger for a while now. He asked if I wanted to tag along, and I said I'd be camera car.

Yeah he usually hangs with the 5.0s and 5th gens until 80. He wanted to see how it did against the 392. Let him find out how he did with mine while at it

I caught him but I hit my govern right at his front door. We pulled over and laughed about it. He said he was sweating and looked down and seen how fast we were going and yeah boy! Lol He said he was doing around 140ish and I hit govern at 147. So I had 5-7mph on him

Both at sea level would your car have such an advantage ?or is part of it the DA where you are and being fi correct ?

just from published times your car is a mid 12 car around 114. Just from one I seen maybe it was a slow test

Just wonder if you could pull on a 392 like that at sea level ? Because published times are very similar

I've seen a lot of low 12s from these on stock tires. Fastest one on a drag radial was like a 11.7. But at sea level, I could see it being a pretty close race .Maybe a slight edge to the E55. But it's hard to tell with our DA being on average around 6500

I think at sea level would be a good race . When you come back down I’ll get my friend in his 392 charger to run you see the outcome at normal da lol

He "claims" it's tune only, stock turbo and all. But I remember last year he upgraded his turbo. Right now he can only go 85. He needs to get his tranny rebuilt again.
