Didn't sound like the zl1 was WOT and that 3v sounded dog **** slow.

Yeah definitely. 3v was only half throttle/ZL1 never even gassed it. It was a cruise control race.

3v are junk

with those mods on the zl1 it should near or in the 9s if it was anywhere near right.

nice downplay on the built 3v tho

It’s a 2.3 Whipple seeing about 14 psi on a low compression built 3v motor with stock heads and garbage cams lol

Never been on a track, nursing this stock tr3650 and I think it’d break the first time it hooked. Plans for a magnum swap and more gear this winter. I figure it’s a low-mid 13x mph car based on street runs. It made 613 whp on a dynojet.

I agree the ZL1 was kind of disappointing for a 6gen, it should be 730-750 whp. I was expecting a door to door run considering the weight difference + he had a 200+ lb passenger.

I also put a car on a 13/14 GT500 with a 3.4 Whipple on 93 this same night, I can upload that video.

6gen zl1 has been mid upper 130s with bolt ons. That dude has something fucked up. It runs like a 125 car at best if you do low mid 130s.
